Relaxation therapy

Relaxation therapy is a therapy in itself as well as a part of stress and depression management. The therapy relaxes the mind and eliminates the unwanted thoughts which cause stress, depression and anger. The therapy is basically meant for people suffering from depression, stress, anger or high risk diseases. It aims at relaxing the mind through therapies and controlling the psychological damage to the brain and the body.

The therapies include meditation, mind stimulation, exercises, musical therapy and one to one sessions. The counsellor would conduct these therapies as per the requirement of the person. The first step is to understand cause of the problem and then using appropriate techniques to eliminate that cause. The counsellor would first conduct a one to one session with the person to understand his state of mind and then design a customised therapy program as per the requirement of the person.
