Advanced Coach Professional Details:
Upon completion of your 35 hours of ACP you will as an Advanced Coach Professional (ACP) with your own Coaching Model, Signature Offer, Coaching Website, Blogs, and Podcast.
This new program is designed for coaches who want to add group coaching to their services. You will learn the latest theories and practical approaches and then practice it in a group coaching setting using the Lifez Honour Coaching Framework.
At the end of the course, you will be able to confidently run a group or individual coaching business model.

Lifez Honour Power Tools
Learn the art of Re-framing a Perspective using the LH Coaching Advanced and the latest Power Tools - a set of concepts based on dualities. At any given time our perspective on a given situation or event is a choice. It may not be a Conscious choice, but nonetheless, it is a choice.
Coach Skills
The core skills you need to hit the ground running as a coach. The skills taught in this course will give you the confidence to coach anyone, anywhere, anytime.
Coaching Presence
As a coach, you will facilitate awareness with your clients. But self-awareness is also extremely useful in many aspects of life (with your children, in your relationship/s, in the workplace, etc.).
Frameworks
An introduction to the theories and philosophies that have influenced coaching, and still do. You will also learn how each theory can be practically applied to coaching, using the GCF competencies.
Practicum
You will take on the role of coach, and observe the coaching and feedback of others. This is the perfect space for you to practice, make mistakes, and refine your coaching personality and expertise.
PORTFOLIO DEVELOPMENT
Develop Your Own Coaching Model Instead of teaching a one size fits all coaching model, our coaches create their own unique coaching model. A model that showcases who they are as a coach, and the problems they solve. Assistance to create own podcast and book publishing process.
PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
This 3-step process includes Observed Coaching, a Written Exam, and an Oral Exam. We'll prepare you and support you along the way. Others: Group Coaching Learn the fundamentals of Group Coaching, how to create a group coaching agreement, and how to manage group or team dynamics.
Workshop Facilitation Skills
This is where you will learn how to facilitate the LH Coaching Framework within a group setting, including how to manage expectations and steer successful outcomes for your clients.
