EMPOWER YOURSELF

Have you ever felt “small”? Like you just couldn’t get over the challenge life was putting in your path? You start to think you’re useless. Worthless. You think things won’t work out and you won’t be able to do anything about it.

What does this actually result in? You think there’s no point and you won’t make an effort to get out of the situation. And it just makes things harder. Is there anything we can do? Yes!To change your mindset and discover the benefits of empowerment.

 WHAT IS  EMPOWERMENT?

When we get into the spiral of helplessness, our situation just gets worse and worse. Yes, it can be very difficult to overcome life’s obstacles but not impossible. It’s very important for us  to see asvaluable human beings.

Specifically, empowerment means you see yourself as capable of making decisions and handling the various situations that might come.

 How Can We BoostSelfEmpowerment?

When you find yourself in situations where you are exposed to negative energies, remember that you can control your own sources of positive energy. One goal we should all have, we should not be working to empower others, but ourselves also. Here are some ideas:-

Be Grateful – When you start to look good, you will find it . When you focus on negatives you’ll find it. Infact , feel grateful for what you have. This will help you to cope up effectively with the challenges.

Focus on thyself – Things are going to happen that you don’t like. Life and success are built around the unfair. Focus on who you want to be in response to these challenges. When you shift your focus onto yourself wholeheartedly and non violently it is then that you are living a life of significance.

Stay in your lane – Empowerment has nothing to do with competition, it has everything to do with contribution. Instead of worrying about the competition, focus on the challenges that is directly infront of you.  If you worry about the competition, what they are and aren’t doing, then you lose the track of the importance of what you’re doing.

Trust your intuitions – Trust empowers you to move aggressively towards your goals. If you spend your time doubting your skills, the only thing which you will be actively perfecting is ability to doubt yourself. Your actions follow your thoughts. Shift all the time focusing on doubting yourself to believing in yourself. This empowers you to make better decisions.

Be passionate – When you are deeply passionate about what you want, work doesn’t feel like work, it’s more personal. There is nothing that can get in your way when you want something badly enough that you are willing to do anything to get it. Circumstances may knock you back along your path, but it will not have the power to take you from goal.

Create a positive impression – How individuals express themselves verbally and non- verbally  to others, can be empowering to both themselves and the people with whom they are communicating. You should use your words to define yourself. If you fail to define your own identity, others will tend to define you and set standards by which you evaluate yourself.

Exercise patience and self reflection–We often see only  what we “could have done” or ‘should have done” which is discouraging and minimizes the importance of our efforts. The very important one can do is to practice practice and self reflection on what you are doing and what you did. This creates positive impact and increase your chance of being more proactive in the future.

Be handy – Many of us are critical, gossip or just complain too much and being human we tend to slip into negative thoughts more easily than positive ones. Be optimistic and participate in finding solution to problems and issues to help others.

Stop hoping for others to change – If you are unhappy with someone or something, don’t expect them to change always to suit your desires. Until you understand how you and your actions appear to other people, you cannot understand why they think and respond to you the way you do. Instead of expecting others to change, start from yourself to create a positive change.

Thrive on criticism – To empower self, to develop yourself mentally and behaviourally seek feedback and respond to it by analyzing  how you can improve on it. Don’t take criticism personally but rather than as an opportunity to learn from it.

Embrace your imperfect moments – Empowerment is most deeply cultivated during times of challenge. Without failure you would have nothing to improve upon. Choose to evolve rather than dissolve under pressure. Your imperfect moments would provide the perfect track for your growth in the long run.

Self empowerment is not a static thing that you can do once in your life, it is a ongoing personal development. As circumstances change and develop and as we change ourselves and develop, so do our needs for empowerment. It is a long term process.

One more thing which I would like to say that “No one can make you inferior without your consent”.Self empowerment requires you to  identify what you want from life, and then take action  and have more impact over the world around you.

To live an empowered life  be open to possibility, education. Love what you do so deeply that there will be no hardships that will take you from desired direction. Empowerment means that you don’t crumble under failure. You make the conscious choice to grow from the pressure to evolve yourself to the next level.

It is rightly said,” You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them”.

At last I want to add , Never be ashamed of what you feel. You have the right to feel and  do what makes you happy. So appreciate yourself and work hard to attain your goals.
