Wow! What a Celebration on International Women's Day at Jammu
Lifez Honour Coaches Jammu Meet Up – 2021 was held from March 5 – 6 at Jammu, India. The motive behind the Meet up organized by Lifez Honour was to discuss the strategies, techniques that could create awareness about mental health in Jammu city. The whole process was assembled around the most discussed topic throughout the globe “WOMEN EMPOWERMENT”. The program highlighted all the reasons for how a woman can transform herself as well as the society in which we live in.
* With a fresh morning, on the 5th of March the program was initiated in Shub Memorial International School located on the edge of river Chenab. The program was organized by Shilpa Mahajan (Owner, and Principal) of school. The event was based on the topics of Women Empowerment and Child Psychology.
Arjun Gaur (Founder at Lifez Honour, International Life Strategist, and Author of Two books) along with Lifez Honour coaches Nashi Mahajan, Gurmeet Singh, and Akash Gupta commenced the event by addressing the importance of Women power, followed by some activities performed by the teachers. Life Coach Nashi Mahajan and Gurmeet Singh also expressed their views regarding the role of women in society and the challenges confronted by children nowadays. The whole program was based on self-introspection and self transformation.
*A SMALL MEET UP - In the evening a small gathering was organized by Lifez Honour Jammu family in which the focal point was to work at the ground level for the welfare and betterment of the society.
* On 6 th of March Lifezhonour team conducted another event in DBN Group of Schools. The event was beautifully organized by Certified Life coach and Principal of the School Mrs. Manmita Daas Raina. The event was based on WOMEN EMPOWERMENT in which Mr Arjun Gaur was invited as a “Guest of honor”.
HIGHLIGHTED POINTS OF THE EVENT WERE:
- To be empowered, firstly you need to step out of your comfort zone.
- To be empowered one needs to implement a few things in life – Self confidence, A sense of “ I can”, Know your self worth.
- To be empowered one needs to indulge oneself in fearless transformation.
Arjun Gaur spoke some inspiring words: “ Women power is that power, without her the functioning of the society is not possible and there is nothing which a woman can’t do.”
The Principal of the school and Certified Life Coach Manmita Das Raina also addressed the audience by showering powerful and valuable words. Life coaches Nashi Mahajan and Gurmeet Singh also voiced the importance of women by narrating that “If a woman can nurture a life inside her, there’s nothing impossible for her to do.” Arjun Gaur conducted many activities with teachers and helped them in their fearless transformation and focused on the necessity of “ME TIME”. The anchor of this event Sunna Sayal was superb. She beautified this event by his word in a very well manner along with full energy and a smiling face.
A MOMENT TO REMEMBER – The Jammu Lifez Honour family met an old Ice cream seller, who was a Homeopathic Doctor by profession and lost his job due to some reasons. Now he is selling ice cream on the roadside and earning his livelihood. A part of the challenges he had faced, he had a sense of contentment on his face. His belief in himself and sense of satisfaction shows us that no matter how much tough your life is, remember that you are tougher than this.
