Mute to Unmute Yourself

Are you always on mute?

Or you are afraid to unmute yourself?

Are you afraid of what people say?

Let's see this with an example:

When you are on zoom call, you are always on mute, you want to speak but still, you don't unmute yourself. Right?

But why you are on mute?

There were times when we feel muted and lost parts of power and integrity. There were many situations from the past that we did not have access to change.

To start a change from today,

UNMUTE YOURSELF:-

REWIND

Where did you lose your voice?

Or where did you express the fake voice?

You should have a deep and honest look at your past.

Developing awareness of the times you have lost your voice is the first step towards reclaiming it.

DISCOVER YOURSELF

Think about it. The past is gone. It cannot be changed. Worrying and regretting things will only lead you to further mistakes. It will take the present away from you. Focus on the movement - what can you do to live it in the best way possible?

LEARN TO LOVE YOURSELF

Commit to practicing self-care, using positive affirmations, and giving yourself the credit you deserve on a daily basis. The longer you practice these things, the more confident you will be - and the better you'll able to say what you truly want.

OTHER PERSPECTIVE

Some people will show grace and love when realizing you're finally starting to be yourself while others won't understand, but that's OK. Don't let that pull you down.

Unmuting will be scary at first, but it gets easier the more often you do it. Eventually, it will come naturally. I hope you'll try it because I promise you, after that, you never want to go back and mute yourself.
