Course Structure & Process

  1. Orientation & Pre-Assessment

    • A pre-course orientation session to introduce participants to the course structure and meet the team of experts.

  2. Weekly Schedule

    • Online Mode:
      • 3 live online classes per week (1 hour each)
      • Access to recorded sessions for flexibility.
      • Weekly email summaries and assignments.
    • Offline Mode:
      • 1 workshop per week (2-hour sessions).
      • Physical classes can be held onsite or at designated corporate wellness locations.
      • Optional wellness retreats at the end of the course (in consultation with corporate HR).
